When you book your appointment with me, we then work towards your stop smoking date. I will send you over some subconscious preparation work to follow, this is extremely important as it helps prepare your subconscious mind to become a non smoker. If followed correctly and your are committed and ready to stop smoking, you will find that you naturally reduce your nicotine intake.
In the session we will fill out a full consultation form and discuss your needs and behaviour patterns around smoking. We will recap on your subconscious preparation work to ensure you have committed to following the work. I teach you a tapping routine in your session called emotional freedom technique, this is a technique that stops cravings instantly. I then perform hypnotherapy offering positive suggestions for your subconscious mind to tale on board to become a non smoker.
This is a one session package and the cost is £200 (£25 on booking to hold your date and £175 outstanding balance).
